(2) Electrical and electronic industry: Tin is widely used in electrical and electronic welding parts due to its easy welding and good conductivity.

(4) Activity: Tin is soft and can prevent scratch. It is used as a solid lubricant.

Copper strip surface Treatment Program:

1. To prevent corrosion of copper row in the external environment, measures shall be taken such as nickel plating, zinc plating, tin lining, silver plating, lacquer coating, protective casing, etc.

2. To increase the insulation performance and prevent touching the charged body, the following measures shall be taken: casing insulation sleeve (cold/heat shrinkable insulation sleeve), casing joint sleeve.

3. Increase the conductivity, copper used to conduct electricity, the intensity of conductivity is: gold, silver, copper, aluminum... As a result of alternating current, most of the current go surface, if the copper body is not gold-plated, silver two, it is best not to plating. So why is it tin-plated, nickel plated? It's mainly anti-corrosion. Therefore, in order to make the environment permanent, it would be better not to deposit anything, except gold and silver. The conductivity becomes worse after plating.

Introduction of copper strip knowledge - Copper strip surface treatment process:

1. Paint the copper bars

This craft belongs to eliminate backward craft, use rarely now. Process: The bus wires of three-phase AC circuit are all painted black, and the conspicuous place is pasted with color code. Phase A is yellow, Phase B is green, and phase C is red. The zero or neutral lines are painted light blue, and the ground wire is used to paint alternating yellow and green colors.

2. Copper bars are tinned

Advantages: Mature process. Short operating cycle, widely used. Disadvantages: long surface darkening, hands can not do. Not environmental protection!

Process flow: surface polishing and oil removal pretreatment → pure water washing → high PB-SN alloy plating tap water washing → pure water washing → tin-plating tap water spray washing → neutralization (Na2HPO4+Na3PO4)→ tap water spray washing → Soaking stearic acid in tap water spray washing → hot pure water dip washing → drying.

3. Copper strip coating protective agent

Advantages: maintain the primary color of copper, than the cost of tin plating slightly lower. Disadvantages: Long operation cycle.

Process flow: polishing pretreatment → pure water washing → pickling passivation workpiece → drying moisture →JLR-510 protection treatment → flowing water washing → hot water soaking (about 100℃, to be used for heating the workpiece, for the purpose of letting the water evaporate or dry by itself)→ drying → packaging closure.

Copper bar related knowledge introduction - Copper bar installation requirements:

1. The copper strip must be fitted with gloves to prevent handprints and stains from being left on the surface.

3. The fasteners for copper strip connection are galvanized bolts/screws, nuts and washers in accordance with national standards.

The length of the combination screw should consider that the screw can expose the outer nut 2-5mm after the screw is tightened, and the length of the hexagon head bolt/half round head square neck bolt should consider that the screw can expose the outer nut 5-8mm after the bolt is tightened, which should not be too long or too short.

4. In general, the bolt running direction should be unified from bottom to top, from back to front, and from left to right. When the copper strip is placed horizontally, the connecting bolts and nuts should be tightened from bottom to top. In other cases, the nuts should be installed on the maintenance-friendly side.

5, connect the copper row bolt both sides should have flat washer, nut side should add spring washer or lock washer. The adjacent bolt washer shall be spaced at least 3mm apart to prevent heating of the magnetic circuit.

6. In general, it is not suitable to lap three copper bars at one place according to the requirements of design and process documents.

7. The copper strip contact surface should be tightly connected. The connection bolts should be confirmed and marked with torque wrench, and the connection combination screws should be confirmed and marked with torque batch.

8. Copper bars shall be installed in a smooth and beautiful way. Horizontal section: the height error of two support points shall be no more than 3mm and the total length shall be no more than 10mm. Vertical section: the vertical error of the two support points shall not be greater than 2mm and the full length shall not be greater than 5mm. Spacing: The spacing of the parallel parts should be uniform and consistent with an error no greater than 5mm.

9. When two or more rectangular copper bars are connected in parallel, the thickness gap between the parallel copper bars shall be no less than that to facilitate heat dissipation.
